The first termer Sangguniang Barangay Members were Hon. Baltazar T. Andres and Hon. Richard B. Perez. Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson elected was Hon. Jhon Rod Guieb. Due to the Barangay Treasurer being elected as the Barangay Kagawad, he was then replaced by the Barangay Secretary, Mrs. Louresa R. Importa. Importa vacating her position was then replaced by the former Barangay Employment Service Assistant (BESO) and Barangay Administrative Clerk , Ms. Thea P. Sodsod. On January 2024, the barangay’s administrative office appointed a Barangay Clerk through the initiative of Punong Barangay Hon. Quintin J. Romero in the name of Ms. Jennifer D. Cabauatan, and later in the said year was the appointment of Barangay Admin Ms. Mary Jane M. Santos. Calaocan is a barangay in the city of Santiago, in the province of Isabela. Its population as determined by the 2024 census was 6,508.
